⚠️ Sending from an exchange (Binance, etc.)?
Your exchange charges its own withdrawal fee on top of the network fee (e.g. Binance takes a flat ~0.01 USDT on BSC) — that’s deducted from what you send, not added by us. Send enough to cover it so the amount that actually arrives matches the invoice. A small under/overpayment is still fine — it just gets held for a quick manual check instead of failing outright.
