Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address — required to place an order and to look it up on Track an Order
• Discord/WhatsApp handle and country, if you choose to give them at checkout — optional
• The listing, price, and status of any order you place
• A star rating and optional written comment, if you leave feedback after an order completes
• Messages you send us on Discord or WhatsApp, kept there under those platforms’ own policies

We don’t require an account or password to buy, sell, or track an order — order number + email is enough. We don’t currently run analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

Payments

Crypto payments are processed by NowPayments, a third-party payment gateway — your wallet address and transaction details go to them, not to us. We never see or store card numbers, wallet private keys, or seed phrases. Orders arranged directly over Discord/WhatsApp are handled under whatever payment method we agree on there.

Who it’s shared with

• NowPayments, to process a crypto payment you initiate
• Nobody else — we don’t sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to honor the Guarantee, resolve disputes, and meet our own accounting/legal obligations. You can ask us to delete data we’re not required to keep by reaching out on Discord or WhatsApp.

Your choices

You can ask what data we hold about a given email or order, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to the retention note above) — message us on Discord or WhatsApp and we’ll handle it directly, no ticket system required.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. This is a general policy covering how RobboGaming itself operates — it isn’t legal advice, and doesn’t override the privacy policies of third parties we mention above (Discord, WhatsApp, NowPayments) for data you share directly with them.
